
You're eligible to start receiving your benefits if:
- You're a member with benefits in the CPS Section of the Scheme and are aged 50 and above (although your benefits will be reduced for early payment) OR
- You're a member with benefits in another section of the Scheme and are aged 55 and above (although your benefits will be reduced for early payment).

You can simply email the administration team and tell them what details have changed. Please note that you will need to provide some personal information (like National Insurance number) so that the administration team can identify you.
If you prefer not to send your details online, you can call the administration team on 0113 394 9305 (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays). Please have your National Insurance number to hand.



To do so, simply submit your request to start, stop or change your AVC payments via HR shared services. That’s because they are responsible for arranging your AVC payments.

For active members still working for the Company, please submit your request to change how your AVCs are invested via HR shared services. That’s because they are responsible for arranging the AVC deductions from your salary and payments to the relevant AVC provider.
